CIRCULAR with respect to Hair Plaiting of School going Girl

            ONLINE REGISTRATION AND FINALIZATION OF DATA OF CLASS 9.10,11.and 12

It is being observed that, so many schools do not obtain approval for admission within one month after taking direct admission of students to class X/XII. Now during the period of registration of class X/XII schools are approaching this Office for grant of approval. The delayed submission of direct admission cases to this Office may create hurdles in registering the students in time. All the schools are therefore directed to submit such cases immediately within one month of giving admission on top priority.

            Similarly it has also been noted that schools who admit students in class IX/XI after 31^st of August do not seek approval for their admission. Now these schools are approaching the Board for admission only when the students are in class X/XII. Schools therefore may avoid this type of lapses which may cause hardship to the candidates as well as to this office as during this period this Office is getting so many requests over phone and e-mail from the Parents and Schools for quick disposal of their cases.

            However keeping in view the hardship being faced by the schools and also to avoid late fee in r/o all students, all the heads of Institutions are hereby advised to finalize the list of candidate of all clear cases without waiting for the pending cases approval. The pending cases may be finalized only on receipt of the approval from the Board.
